This could be a very long list, but why bore you to death? Maybe it's wise to limit ourselves to Pearl's favorite hobby!
Guess we should not be so loud... She may hear us you know and we don't want to draw her attention! Hush...

Every now and then, heaven knows why, she has this strange urge to suddenly leave the house and go to the mall. It took me some time to understand what she was going to the mall for... From fellow victims I learned it's called shopping! Can you imagine? What's the fun in buying things, I ask you??? Sheesh!

When she is in a shopping mood you recognize the signs easily. Once you know, the only practical thing to do is let her go! From what I'm told it's quite dangerous stopping a woman who wants to go shopping, especially when she has that "bargain" look in her eyes!


Trying to stay calm and just wait until she gets back is what I am supposed to do in the meantime. It's quite difficult to act surprised when she finally comes home again, dropping all the bags and packages to the floor, while saying: "Look what was on sale today!"...

Recently she discovered how much fun online shopping is. What in the world will be next?
